DG AMF Panel

A DG AMF (Automatic Main Failure) Panel is an electrical control panel used in conjunction with a standby generator (DG stands for Diesel Generator) to automatically control the transfer of power between the main electrical supply and the generator during a power outage or when the main supply fails. The primary purpose of a DG AMF panel is to ensure a seamless and automatic transition from the main power source to the backup generator without interruption.

The core component of a DG AMF panel is the Automatic Transfer Switch. This device automatically switches the electrical load from the main power supply to the generator when a power failure is detected and vice versa when the main power is restored.
